Client Services and Operations Manager
Heather started her career in the financial industry in 2006 and has worked in various roles over the years. She has acquired her experience through servicing advisors with different firms with their back-office needs. She has also supported several advisors in servicing their clients directly as an assistant.
Heather’s duties consist of overseeing the day-to-day client services and operation team. She works with the team to identify, streamline and implement process and procedures that will improve the overall effectiveness of the firm. Heather also leads important projects within the firm and manages client relationships. Heather finds her current position fulfilling as it allows her to establish new relationships, problem solve by applying previously gained knowledge, and continuously learn new aspects of the business. Heather graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree from Elmhurst College while she maintained her position as an advisor’s assistant. Heather holds the FINRA Series 7, Series 65 and Series 63 registrations.
