Online Help
Online Access to AccountView – Account View 2.0 is an online portal to use to securely view the status of their portfolio and find account-related documents.
Finding Tax Forms – LPL Financial Tax Forms 1099 Consolidated, 1099R, 5498, and more are available online through AccountView. If you need tax forms for accounts held outside of LPL Financial, you can contact the respective company directly. If there are any additional questions, you can contact our office at (630) 615-6332.
Establishing ACH on Demand – Transfer Money allows you to transfer funds from an external bank account to an LPL non-retirement account. You can initiate cash transfers from a linked external bank account to non-retirement accounts, and funds are typically available for use the following business day. To establish instructions, please log into Account View to begin the process. If you need to establish ACH on Demand for retirement accounts, please contact our office or email operations@twgwealthplanning.com.
Going Paperless – Save time and paper by selecting to go eDelivery on Statements, Trade Confirmations, Prospectus & Shareholder Communications, and Notices for all LPL accounts.
Update your Personal Information
Updating your Information - You can provide an update to your information by calling our office at (630) 615-6332, or by sending an email to our Client Service & Operations Team at operations@twgwealthplanning.com. Here are examples of common changes that clients should submit:
- Address Change
- Phone Number Update
- Email Address Update
- Beneficiary Update - Primary, Contingent, Date of Birth, Social Security Information, Percentage Allotment
- Employer Information Update - Company, Position, Salary, Benefits
- Trust Updates

- Divorce - Qualified Domestic Relations Order
Change in Investment Objectives
