Callie Just

Callie Just is TWG’s Retirement Plan Advisor and is the Head of TWG’s Retirement Plan Division.

She is committed to helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of retirement and wealth planning. She is a firm believer in the significance of financial education and is dedicated to empowering clients with the knowledge necessary for making informed decisions regarding their financial well-being. Callie takes pride in creating lasting client relationships founded on trust, transparency and client education.

With 12+ years of industry experience, Callie's career commenced as a registered client relationship associate at Merrill Lynch, where she established a solid foundation in client relations while working with a team of advisors. She then advanced to PPM America, serving as Vice President on the Global Business Development and Investor Relations team, where she managed a portfolio of key international clients for 8 years.

In her Retirement Plan Advisor role, she develops customized solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. Her expertise encompasses educational sales, enhancing client experiences, and optimizing operational efficiency – elements that have been pivotal in her successful career. She holds a degree in Finance and Marketing, with a concentration in Sales Leadership from DePaul University. Callie is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary^®. Additionally, she holds a Series 7 securities registration (held through LPL Financial) and a Series 66 registration (through LPL Financial and HighPoint Advisor Group). 

Callie resides in the River North neighborhood of Chicago with her husband and two goldendoodles, Benny and Lincoln. Outside of work, she enjoys international travel, health and wellness, and culinary exploration. She is actively involved in Women Investment Professionals (WIP) as well as volunteering at her local animal shelter, further reflecting her commitment to service and professional growth.
