John and Jeff are the founding partners and lead advisors of TWG Wealth Planning. Their primary responsibilities include working with clients to develop a plan that focuses on their financial goals and needs. They are also responsible for meeting with their clients to review their plan and investments.
Adam is responsible for assisting clients through the financial planning process. He also assists John and Jeff with client review meetings, research, and designs portfolios, and implements strategies to fit each of our client’s specific needs.
Client Service and Operation Manager
Heather manages the day-to-day client services and operations team. She also manages client relationships and oversees special projects for the firm.
Sr. Operations Associate
The operations team is responsible for helping clients establish accounts, processing transactions, such as contributions, withdrawals, and Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), ensure client information is up-to-date and accurate, prepare reports for meetings and review.

Kevin has a strong background in corporate retirement planning, having founded both Empire Retirement Plan Services and Plan Design Partners firms. His deep insight into key areas such as fiduciary best practices and governance, compliance, vendor analysis and selection, plan and fee benchmarking, and employee education make him an invaluable asset.
Client Services Manager
With years of experience in Human Resources, Kristin is not only well-versed in working with a variety of people, but also understands the challenges that employers face when dealing with the administration of a retirement plan, including regulatory requirements and employee education.
Jerry uses his extensive personal and professional experience in all areas of financial planning to help clients manage risk and reward for their investments.
Director of Client Engagement
Rebecca focuses on strengthening client relationships by developing our niche markets – Emerging Families and Women Decision-Makers. She is responsible for coordinating client events, developing client appreciation strategies and helping to develop business development strategies.
