2 cups heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ cup red onion, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
1 brick feta cheese
Toasted baguette slices or pita (optional)
- In a large bowl, toss together tomatoes, oil, garlic, onion, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and dill.
- Place feta cheese on a platter, and spoon marinated tomatoes on top.
- Serve with bread or pita for dipping.
